Stabilization of Shield Muck Treated with Calcium Carbide Slag–Fly Ash

چکیده

Solidifying shield muck with calcium carbide slag and fly ash as curing agents was proposed a highly efficient method for reusing waste muck. The compaction test, unconfined compression dry–wet cycle test were used to evaluate the compressive strength, water immersion stability, durability of cured soil. stress–strain curve microscopic employed analyze damage law, mineral composition, morphology soil, mechanism slag–fly ash-cured It found that can significantly improve strength muck, soil increases then decreases an increase in age. highest when content 10% 15%, respectively. Dry–wet tests showed specimens had good stability durability, specimen changed from strain hardening softening after cycles. internal particles mainly cemented filled C-(A)-S-H colloid alumina (AFt), which both support pores between form skeleton structure enhance lend it mechanical properties.
